The Global Open University Nagaland (TGOUN) observed Independence Day, at its campus at Sodzulhou 7th Mile village Chumoukedima. A press release by TGOUN vice chancellor Dr HN Dutta stated that only few employees staying in the campus assembled attended the programme. Vice chancellor Dr H. N. Dutta hoisted the flag.
