Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Aviation Management

Objective : Six Semesters in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Aviation Management conducted by The Global Open University, Nagaland has been designed for meeting the demand of the growing needs of experts in the fields of aviation industry, cabin crew staffing, flight attendants, airline ticketing, aircraft financing, airport security, ground staff handling etc.

Eligibility : 10+2 in any discipline Duration : 6 Semesters

Award : Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Aviation Management shall be awarded to all the successful candidates by The Global Open University, Nagaland.

Careers in Aviation Management

Since the 1960s, composite airframes and quieter, more efficient engines for the aircrafts have become available and Concorde provided supersonic passenger service for more than two decades, but the most important lasting innovations have taken place in instrumentation and control. The arrival of solid state electronics and the global positioning system, satellite communications and increasingly small and powerful computers and LED displays have dramatically changed the cockpits of airliners and increasingly of smaller aircraft as well. Wonderful scope exists in the area of aviation.

Examination Fee : A fee of Rs. 300/- per paper is to be paid before appearing in the Annual Examinations to be held at Dimapur, Nagaland.

All students are required to submit a dissertation at the end of the final semester.

Assignments : All admitted participants must submit subject wise assignments based on the Mini Project Reports to be prepared by them on a topic related to each of the subjects
